Meet Our Team
Dave – Head Fitter and Surveyor
We were absolutely delighted to welcome Dave to the team in 2022.With over 48 years experience in the glazing industry, Dave brings unmatched expertise and knowledge to My Custom Windows.
He spent 35 years with Greenberg Glass, working on major projects across the country, including the landmark Liverpool One development. Following that, he dedicated 13 years to GG Glass, fitting shopfronts nationwide for brands like Next and River Island.
Dave’s reputation in the industry is second to none there’s truly nothing he doesn’t know about fitting windows and glazing. His work ethic, professionalism, and skill have earned him deep respect across the trade, and it’s both an honour and privilege that he chose to bring his expertise to our team. In Dave’s own words, he would “only ever work for a professional company that does the job right”.
Outside of work – Dave enjoys playing golf, sailing his canal boat and relaxing with a pint of Theakston’s Bitter.
Nick – Owner and Founder of My Custom Windows
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve worn many hats from locksmithing to glazing( both residential and commercial), to structural work involving steel and concrete.
What sets us apart? We don’t believe in hard selling. Every consultation is done personally by me, and I stand by a simple principle: great products, honest advice and a fair price, sell themselves. We proudly use REHAU frame systems known for their exceptional quality and let the craftsmanship do the talking.

Outside of work – I’m a big fan of motorcycle racing. I’ve gained a new race companion my grandson, Thomas. I also enjoy unwinding with a pint(or three!) of Guiness.
Maria – Admin
Maria has been an essential part of the team for the past six years, handling all things admin and making sure the paperwork side of the business runs smoothly.
Thanks to her support, I’ve been able to focus on the work side and our customers without the stress of forms, files and phone calls.
Outside of the office – Maria enjoys Pilates and unwinding with a well-earned G&T while catching up with friends.
